DENNIS FOR GIDEAUX

It is our goal to ask a top chef to provide us with a testimonial as one of the many tools to ensure the continued development of our products. The first testimonial is Dennis Kuipers, who is the Executive Chef at the Dylan Hotel of the restaurant Vinkeles, which has one Michelin star (believe us, this will soon be at least two stars!).

Can you please give a short introduction to how our roads crossed?

Dennis;

We met each other at the annual dinner of the Alliance Gastonomique.

What does Gideaux mean for you as a supplier?

Dennis;

Gideaux represents quality and honesty to me as well as support for my pastry kitchen. Someone who supports me as well as thinks together with me as to how I can develop and optimize my desserts and sweets, actually some sort of 2nd thoughts.

Gideaux;

Thank you Dennis! I am almost beginning to blush here, but how can we proceed this year in order to get the maximum out of it?

Dennis;

I would like to see an even more intensive cooperation, for example by tasting desserts with each other and to be honest with each other. To do a road trip to dive even further into what would fit with Vinkelen, however above all your increased support for my pastry department.
